Practical Fermentation: a guide for schools and colleges.
The development and publishing of this pack of post-16 investigations to explore various aspects of fermentation was sponsored by the SGM. Each pack contains 5 Student Guides and 2 Technical Guides for the teacher/technician. The investigations are recommended by EDEXCEL and other examining bodies. Biotech
A post-16 pack of six work cards on various topical biotechnology themes was co-sponsored by the SGM with ABPI, BBSRC, Biochemical Society and the Wellcome Trust. Now out of print, it is available from the Wellcome Trust. It includes suggestions for practical activities.
