MISAC Activities MISAC offers a wide range of services including: Professional advice on teaching all aspects of microbiology and the use of microbes in practical work. Guidance on good laboratory practice and on safe micro-organisms for use in schools. The development of new ideas for the educational use of microbes. The production of practical resources and investigations. Organisation of a popular annual competition which is closely tied into the National Curriculum.
